Ameesha and Govinda make peace

Almost a decade ago, Govinda and Ameesha Patel are known to have had a serious tiff over an issue best known to them only. The real reason for the differences between them is still unknown, but the entire industry knows that the two of them are uncomfortable with each other and could never see eye to eye.

Govinda and Ameesha were supposed to do two films together, Mahesh Bhatt's Yeh Zindagi Ka Safar and Yagnesh Shetty's Yahoo, but the films had to be shelved due to their irreconcilable differences. But the two seem to have buried the hatchet and are now coming together in Neeraj Vohra's next. Apparently, it was Govinda who made the first move to break the ice when he bumped into Ameesha in a gym near his house. He wished her and even complimented her on her looks. Two days later, they came face-to-face again at a suburban five star hotel where Govinda was having lunch with David Dhawan. Govinda confirmed that there is now truce between them and said that there were a few issues which had now been ironed out. He added that he was looking forward to working with Ameesha.
