After 'Ishqiya' Vidya Balan's new romance actor Naseeruddin Shah in Milan Luthria of 'Dirty Picture'. The film is based on the life of sexual icon of the film industry in southern India, Silk Smitha and Vidya Balan was tested on tissue paper and Smitha Naseer be donning the role of film producer.
The film is about Silk Smitha relationship with the producer. After 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, this would be the second image Milan Luthria with producer Ekta Kapoor.
